Friday Picnic beginning at 4:00 PM will be held at the Belview Methodist Church, 3619 Onyx Dr, Radford, VA 24141. For the safety and well-being of all attendees, youth participants must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Additionally, they must be transported to Friday’s picnic by their parent or guardian, as transportation will not be provided. Thank you for your cooperation in making this a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone! All adults who will be involved with or interacting with youth during the event must be willing to undergo a background check. All credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% transaction fee. Make checks payable to Ruritan National PO Box 487 Dublin, VA 24084. On the memo line please specify itf it's for the Youth or Adult Summer Leadership Conference. Registration of $99 includes Friday Picnic, Saturday Boxed Lunch, Thriving Communities Briefcase, and conference materials.

The 2025 Ruritan National Foundation Fellowship will be held in the beautiful Mountains West Virginia in Blackwater Falls State Park. For reservations: Blackwater Falls State Park Lodge, 1584 Blackwater Lodge Road, Davis, WV 26260-0490. Call 304-259-5216 to make your own reservations, asking for a guest room or suite in the Ruritan block.

Guest room rate is $144 each per night or Suites are $194 each per night. A total of 12% taxes will be added per night. A two-night minimum stay is required. A deposit is required to be paid at the time of your registration. Cutoff date for Room Registration is April 30, 2025. This special rate is not available if you book online.
